North venture Apartments has 25 suites within its three floors. It is ideally located just 10 minutes walk from the village centre of Fort St. James and just minutes to the local hospital.  Some of the suites are facing Stuart Lake and have balconies with a spectacular view of the lake and the town site.

 

Each suite  comes equipped with a cozy kitchen, full bathroom and an open design dining area and living room. There are four two-bedroom, 16 one bedroom and five bachelor suites. The bachelor suites have a nook off to the side area so that the sleeping area is still semi private.

 

 Although the common areas and suites are heated during winter months tenants may choose to add additional heat from the built-in heaters that each suite becomes equipped with.

 

The building is kept very clean with regular maintenance and improvements. It has a very homey feeling as hallways are decorated with paintings.

In addition there is a free lending library of books, games, DVDs and videos that  tenants may borrow at their leisure, compliments of the management.

 

All suites have an intercom located at the front door that rings to their home phones. This offers additional privacy and security to the building.
